Refund and Returns Policy

The following information provides our complete Refund and Returns Policy. Our customer’s 100% satisfaction is our first and foremost priority.  Each item we select meets our strict standards for workmanship and design. Before any item ships from our facility, we make sure it passes a final inspection for quality and accuracy. 

Products Purchased From Our Affiliates

For products purchased through our Affiliate Links on our website, you will need to submit your return/refund request(s) directly to that affiliate’s webe (example, Amazon.com). They handle all returns through their respective websites.

Customized Products Purchased Directly from our Website

Returns Policy

Some of our products are customized products and are made to order; therefore, we can’t offer exchanges or refunds for these products unless there is something wrong with that/those products.  If the item(s) arrives damaged during shipment or has a defect, we require that you email us via our Contact Us form within 5 days of the delivery.  Please contact us and we will work to get you a replacement.

We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date. 

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts for 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since the ship date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, customized product(s) must be returned in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and UNALTERED condition, and free of damages by the customer.  Item(s) must also be returned to us in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING that item(s) was/were received by you in. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it/them and will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and will provide details on the approval status of your return. 

Return Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved for a refund, we will refund your payment, minus the non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you, and processed it/them back into our warehouse. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation that the return has been completed on our end. You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).  Refunds will be in the form of the original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
